Mazda Parts Connect is committed to fast, accurate, and professional fulfillment of all orders. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • In-stock orders typically ship within 24–48 business hours.

  • Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.

  • Special-order or manufacturer-sourced parts may require 2–6 business days to arrive before shipment.

  • Oversized or freight shipments may require additional handling time and approval prior to shipping.

  • We reserve the right to substitute carriers when necessary to improve delivery time or service reliability.

  • Shipping & Transit Times

  • Transit time estimates are not guaranteed and are provided by the carrier.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates for ground or oversized shipments.

  • Once a package is tendered to the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are controlled solely by the carrier.

  • Transfer of Responsibility

Once an order has been properly packed and accepted by the shipping carrier, Mazda Parts Connect has fulfilled its shipping obligation.

At that point:

  • The shipment is under the custody and control of the carrier.

  • Any loss, damage, or delay becomes a carrier matter subject to their investigation and claim process.

  • Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Orders WITH Shipping Protection

If Shipping Protection is added at checkout, your order is covered against:

  • Packages lost in transit

  • Items damaged during shipment

In these cases, Mazda Parts Connect will work directly with you to replace or resolve the order at no additional cost, subject to verification.

Orders WITHOUT Shipping Protection

If Shipping Protection is not purchased:

  • Mazda Parts Connect is not responsible for packages once they have been transferred to the carrier.

  • The customer is responsible for working with the carrier regarding claims for loss, damage, or misdelivery.

  • We will gladly provide all documentation needed to assist with the carrier’s investigation.

  • Refunds or replacements, if any, are considered only after the carrier claim has been completed and resolved.

  • Important Notes

  • Shipping Protection is optional and is clearly offered throughout the site and during checkout.

  • Shipping Protection does not speed up processing or transit times.

  • We do not ship COD orders.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Errors may result in delays, rerouting fees, or loss not covered by Mazda Parts Connect.

  • Items sourced from alternate warehouses may incur additional shipping charges. Customers will be contacted for approval before processing.

  • VIN Accuracy

Providing a VIN is strongly recommended to ensure part accuracy. Orders lacking a VIN may be delayed for verification. Orders may be canceled if confirmation is not received within 3 business days.
