Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Please note:

  •  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  •  Certain OEM Mazda parts may need to be sourced directly from Mazda and may require additional processing time before shipment.
  •  Oversized or freight items may require additional preparation and shipping arrangements.
  •  In rare cases, we may utilize an alternate shipping carrier to help improve delivery service and efficiency.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are supplied by shipping carriers and should be considered estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, weather conditions, carrier delays, peak shipping seasons, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery schedules. 

We appreciate your patience and will gladly help monitor shipments whenever possible.

Shipping Protection

For added peace of mind, Shipping Protection is available during checkout.

Orders with Shipping Protection

When Shipping Protection is selected, eligible shipments are protected against:

  •  Loss during transit
  •  Carrier-related damage during shipment

If an eligible protected shipment experiences one of these issues, Mazda Parts Connect will work directly with you to help resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Orders without Shipping Protection

Customers who decline Shipping Protection may still contact us for assistance.

While carrier investigations and claim determinations remain subject to the carrier's policies, our team will gladly provide available shipment documentation and support whenever possible.

Please note that Shipping Protection does not cover theft after a package has been marked as delivered.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and retain all shipping materials and packaging. Prompt notification allows us to work with the carrier and begin the resolution process as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

To avoid delays, we ask customers to carefully review all shipping information before placing their order.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may result in:

  •  Delivery delays
  •  Additional carrier fees
  •  Returned shipments

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before shipment.

VIN Verification & Part Accuracy

To help ensure you receive the correct part for your Mazda, we strongly recommend providing your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) whenever possible. Many Mazda components vary by model, trim level, production date, and vehicle configuration. VIN verification allows our Mazda-trained specialists to help confirm fitment before your order is processed.

In some cases, orders requiring fitment verification may be temporarily held while our team attempts to confirm accuracy. If we are unable to obtain the necessary
information, we may contact you directly for assistance.

Additional Shipping Information

  •  We do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments.
  •  Certain oversized or specialty items may require additional freight charges.
  •  If additional shipping costs apply, we will contact you for approval before processing your order.
