Returns Policy

  • Please, contact us to arrange for any returns.

  • Any package/part damaged during shipping needs to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.

  • There is a 25% restocking fee charged against all returned parts that are not a result of our error.

  • Parts must be in the original packaging unopened.

  • We cannot take back used parts.

  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.

  • Electrical parts are not returnable. If you are unsure whether a part is considered electrical, please reach out for confirmation before placing your order.

  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.

  • Returns need to be within 30 days of receipt.

  • Body parts are NOT returnable.

  • Any special order parts that were ordered without a correct VIN number are not returnable.

  • Return labels will NOT be issued if you cancel an order that has been shipped. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to manufacturer's defect or Mazda Parts Connect’s error.

  • If a part is to be returned the original shipping will not be refunded — the refund will be for the part only.

  • Shipping Protection covers items that are lost or damaged in transit. It does not cover theft.

  • Without Shipping Protection, we are unable to offer support for shipping-related issues.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.

  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a return fee of 25% may apply.
