Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellations

To help ensure you receive the correct part the first time, we strongly encourage customers to provide their Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) whenever possible. Returns & Refund Policy
At Mazda Parts Connect, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide accurate fitment information and exceptional service before and after your purchase. 

If you need to return an item, please contact our team before returning any merchandise so we can assist you with the return process.

Return Eligibility

Most eligible parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they meet the following conditions:

  •  Parts must be new, unused, and uninstalled.
  •  Parts must remain in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging.
  •  All labels, decals, and packaging materials must be intact.
  •  A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation must accompany the return.
  •  Return authorization may be required prior to shipment.


Restocking Fee

Returns that are not the result of a Mazda Parts Connect error are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee helps offset manufacturer return charges and processing costs associated with OEM automotive parts.

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure product integrity and quality, the following items cannot be returned:

  •  Installed, used, tested, or attempted-to-install parts
  •  Electrical and electronic components
  •  Body panels and body-related parts
  •  Special-order or factory-ordered items
  •  Parts ordered without a VIN when VIN verification was required to confirm proper application
  •  Parts not returned in original manufacturer packaging


If you are unsure whether a particular item is eligible for return, please contact our team before placing your order.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging materials. Prompt reporting allows us to work with the carrier and expedite resolution.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:

  •  A Mazda Parts Connect fulfillment error
  •  Receipt of an incorrect item
  •  A manufacturer defect covered under applicable warranty guidelines

Return shipping labels will not be provided for orders canceled after shipment.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note:

  •  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  •  Refunds apply only to the returned merchandise value.
  •  Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection provides coverage for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. Please note:

  •  Shipping Protection does not cover theft after delivery.
  •  Claims for loss or damage may be limited when Shipping Protection is not selected during checkout.

Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests whenever possible.

Before Shipment

Orders may generally be canceled without penalty up until they have been processed and shipped. Because many OEM Mazda parts are ordered directly through Mazda's distribution network, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order.

Special-Order Parts

If a special-order or factory-ordered item has already been ordered from Mazda, a cancellation fee of up to 25% may apply to cover supplier and processing costs.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped and is no longer in our possession, it cannot be canceled. However, eligible items may still qualify for return under the terms of our Return Policy.
